Black Pepper Crabs

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium size /1 kg of fresh live Crabs cut into bite size.

  • 190g Black Pepper Mix.

  • 4 tbsp of cooking oil.

  • 1 tbsp of sugar.

  • 1 cup of water.

Method:

  1. Stir-fry Black Pepper Mix with cooking oil under gentle heat for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.

  2. Add sugar and water and stir for around 3 to 5 minutes.

  3. Add prepared crabs and stir-fry till cooked.

Serve with rice while hot!
