Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

  • One Chicken or 1kg of Chicken parts.

  • 500g cut potatoes.

  • 190g Chicken Curry Paste.

  • 1 tsp Chilli Ground (Optional)

  • 4 tbsp of cooking oil.

  • 3 cups of water.

  • 250ml fresh coconut milk or cream.

Method:

  1. Stir-fry Chicken Curry Paste and Chilli Ground with cooking oil under gentle heat for about 10 minutes or until fragrant.

  2. Add prepared chicken parts and potatoes and stir-fry again.

  3. Add water and cook for about 10 minutes.

  4. Add fresh coconut milk or cream and simmer till cooked.

Serve with rice or bread while hot!
